Underslab Drainage Installation

Before the slab gets poured, the drainage needs to be spot on. We recently completed a full underslab drainage installation for a new residential build on the Gold Coast, working closely with the builder to ensure everything was compliant, correctly positioned, and future-proofed.

This type of drainage work happens at the rough-in stage, where accuracy is critical. We installed sewer and stormwater lines beneath the slab, ensuring correct falls, venting, and connection points for future kitchen, bathroom, and laundry fit-offs.

All work was tested and signed off before the slab pour, with documentation provided for council and QBCC requirements.

• Pipe bedding and fall compliance
• Pre-slab pressure testing and certification
